Respect Etiquette Discipline
Kang Han Taekwondo Ravenshead was established in April 2022 by Lead Instructor Master Laura Muzeja. We are a family run club with a strong ethos and teach martial arts using the five tenets of Taekwondo - Etiquette, Modesty, Perseverance, Self control and Indomitable spirit. Taekwondo is a sport for all and the team have a wealth of experience teaching children and adults with additional needs, para students and athletes, classes for fun and fitness as well as coaching athletes in the competitive arena both novice and elite.
Master Laura Muzeja - 5th Dan
Master Laura is the lead instructor of the club and has over 17 years experience. She is a current member of the Great Britain National Poomsae squad and has medalled in numerous national and international tournaments. She holds two Commonwealth bronze medals and continues to compete regularly. Master Laura is also part of the GB regional coaching team.
Ashleigh Muzeja - 2nd Dan
Assistant coach Ashleigh has 14 years experience and is a previous member of the Great Britain National squad. She has won medals in numerous events nationally and has previously won National Champion titles and continues to compete regularly.
